The 25 Th anniversary cruise began on Saturday Feb 7 Th . When we arrived on board we went up to the Lido deck to eat. As I was walking across the restaurant , I heard my name and to my surprise there was Shay and Debra. We met them last year on our last cruise. Ernie and I were so surprised and delighted. Also joining us were Bill and Cindy Teysko . They are wonderful and dear friends for the last 20 years. So the begins, Day one dancing and song and fun had just began. Day two Ernie and Bill let Cindy and I sleep in while they walked around the deck of the ship. I did get some time out by the pool and in the sun. Then it was off to Name that tune and Sports Trivia. Country line dancing and the marriage game. We all dressed up for dinner and can I just say Yum. The next day we arrived in Cabo San Lucas, We took the Land and Sea tour; Off on a boat we went to see the arches and lovers beach. To Land's End. Wow I have not kept up at all.

Hello,    I was really going to try and be better at keeping up the blog.  And here it is Sept. So that didn't seem to work out so well.  Let me go back to Feb.     Ernie and I took the bucket list trip and went on a cruise to Jamaica. The trip was so fun we met some wonderful people at dinner. Karen and Sam, Teresa and Doug, Rebecca and Max.  What a great group for dinner. Every evening was fun and new exciting to find out what everyone did every day. We celebrated our 30th anniversary on this trip.   We flew in to Florida and stayed at a Rodeway Inn in Ft Lauderdale. (never again at this motel) It was not great service at all.   We left the next morning on our trip and enjoyed Key West FL. We found a great tea and spice shop. A wonderful chili and hot sauce place.  Toured a museum. And then back to the Ship. The next day we walked around Grand Cayman Island. Did a little shopping and back to the...

Mountian Fun

It's getting into Nov. And Ernie and took our trip to Oak Glen for apples. This year we took Milaeka with us. She really knows her apples. Even at 5 years old. It was a wonderful trip and yes the apples were great. We even brought home a bushal. Loads of shopping and fun. While we were gone, Katalina and Kimo had come to visit. They have sure grown up. They came back to San Diego to dance. Most of you will remember them coming to the Christmas Eve party and dancing for us. I sure miss the K Kids. It's hard to believe that are now almost all out of high school. Then after Katalina and Kimo flew back to Mo. Ernie and I took off for Big Bear Lake. No phones and lots of rest. We did manage to have dinner with Heather and Jon Teysko. What a fun time laughing with them. This was the first time we were able to hang out with them since they got married.
