It's all about the party

Hello,
The month of may has gone by quickly. We had a wonderful Mother's Day brunch. The boys can really cook. We shared a great afternoon of games. Now that we have fallen for the wii and are in the game hole. This is the money pit of fun. I thought when I bought it for Ernie that it would save the couch potato. Now we have rock band and rock climbing and the fit plus. Ernie is always on the look out for more things to do and play. Maybe losing weight might happen. Ernie is enjoying his new job. Working 10 hours a day and only 4 days a week. He really enjoys rubbing that in on Friday mornings as I am leaving for work.
As I see it, he now works for me on Fridays and no pay. the family got together for snacks and games over the weekend. Yes I will post pictures. The girls at the table and the big kids on the wii. We are taking a trip to Tucson and then to LA to help out Aunt Honey.
I will fill you in on the news when we return. Ernie's little brother Darrell is planning a trip from ARK. It is his first trip west. I know it is going to be a shock to him, San Diego is more of a big city then he is used too. New on that front to follow.

Beck Bunch Homestead

As many of you now know we have bought a new home. We are really going to miss our house on the hill. We didn’t plan this, however life happens and the trust is thinking about selling the houses on hill once Sid passes away. Our sweet Sid is now 95 years old. So as his sunsets and ours is still mid sky, after much prayer. We decided to house hunt. We found this cute little 3 bedroom home in the heart of Lemon Grove. We have always liked Lemon Grove and are happy to return. It is 4 miles east from Beck Hill. It has all that we need a craft room and a guest room. The kitchen is workable and has lots of space and a garage for Ernie. Plus a nice size yard fro his garden and for the Tata to play in. It is close to shopping and the trolley. That is good just in case we want to ride it to Mexico or games or downtown. Lots of parking and a place for Ernie to put the Razorback Hogs at Christmas. Earlier if they are winning. Mountian Fun

It's getting into Nov. And Ernie and took our trip to Oak Glen for apples. This year we took Milaeka with us. She really knows her apples. Even at 5 years old. It was a wonderful trip and yes the apples were great. We even brought home a bushal. Loads of shopping and fun. While we were gone, Katalina and Kimo had come to visit. They have sure grown up. They came back to San Diego to dance. Most of you will remember them coming to the Christmas Eve party and dancing for us. I sure miss the K Kids. It's hard to believe that are now almost all out of high school. Then after Katalina and Kimo flew back to Mo. Ernie and I took off for Big Bear Lake. No phones and lots of rest. We did manage to have dinner with Heather and Jon Teysko. What a fun time laughing with them. This was the first time we were able to hang out with them since they got married. The 25 Th anniversary cruise began on Saturday Feb 7 Th . When we arrived on board we went up to the Lido deck to eat. As I was walking across the restaurant , I heard my name and to my surprise there was Shay and Debra. We met them last year on our last cruise. Ernie and I were so surprised and delighted. Also joining us were Bill and Cindy Teysko . They are wonderful and dear friends for the last 20 years. So the begins, Day one dancing and song and fun had just began. Day two Ernie and Bill let Cindy and I sleep in while they walked around the deck of the ship. I did get some time out by the pool and in the sun. Then it was off to Name that tune and Sports Trivia. Country line dancing and the marriage game. We all dressed up for dinner and can I just say Yum. The next day we arrived in Cabo San Lucas, We took the Land and Sea tour; Off on a boat we went to see the arches and lovers beach. To Land's End.
