End of the Year

Well we ended the year by saying good bye to our Sweet Aunt Fannie.
She is so missed and so is her cookie jar. She is enjoying see the love of her life Uncle Mac, I am sure.
After Ernie and I left Santa Barbara we had a wonderful Breakfast with our friend Ricki. It is always good to see her and Chuck. We arrived back home and Dad was there. He had tickets for the Holiday Bowl. Ma and him enjoyed the game (but with his team losing and the mist of rain) They left early. They spent the rest of the week with Ernie and I. Hung out with Uncle Billy and of course went to OB.
We are looking forward to wonderful things happening in the New Year.
Ryan is doing well and going back to school to work on his Masters. You can find his latest projects on you tube under garage seventh wave or garage chess. He goes by Orionocean there. No we don't get it.
Dante is well also and you can find him on you tube also under Dante7 dance. Both boys will be joining us for a cruise in April. Something to look forward too. In February with all our birthdays in that month. I am sure it will be busy, so if you find you are near San Diego and have a need for cake we are sure to have some. Cheesecake for Ryan on the 5Th and Chocolate for Ernie on the 8Th. Anniversary cake on the 17Th and 18Th. Dante is not usually around but if so on the 20Th more cake. So on the 24Th we have pie for me I am tried of cake by that time. This year we are going to Disneyland on the 24Th for my birthday and if you would like to join us. That would be great. Beck Bunch Homestead

As many of you now know we have bought a new home. We are really going to miss our house on the hill. We didn’t plan this, however life happens and the trust is thinking about selling the houses on hill once Sid passes away. Our sweet Sid is now 95 years old. So as his sunsets and ours is still mid sky, after much prayer. We decided to house hunt. We found this cute little 3 bedroom home in the heart of Lemon Grove. We have always liked Lemon Grove and are happy to return. It is 4 miles east from Beck Hill. It has all that we need a craft room and a guest room. The kitchen is workable and has lots of space and a garage for Ernie. Plus a nice size yard fro his garden and for the Tata to play in. It is close to shopping and the trolley. That is good just in case we want to ride it to Mexico or games or downtown. Lots of parking and a place for Ernie to put the Razorback Hogs at Christmas. Earlier if they are winning. The 25 Th anniversary cruise began on Saturday Feb 7 Th . When we arrived on board we went up to the Lido deck to eat. As I was walking across the restaurant , I heard my name and to my surprise there was Shay and Debra. We met them last year on our last cruise. Ernie and I were so surprised and delighted. Also joining us were Bill and Cindy Teysko . They are wonderful and dear friends for the last 20 years. So the begins, Day one dancing and song and fun had just began. Day two Ernie and Bill let Cindy and I sleep in while they walked around the deck of the ship. I did get some time out by the pool and in the sun. Then it was off to Name that tune and Sports Trivia. Country line dancing and the marriage game. We all dressed up for dinner and can I just say Yum. The next day we arrived in Cabo San Lucas, We took the Land and Sea tour; Off on a boat we went to see the arches and lovers beach. To Land's End. Mountian Fun

It's getting into Nov. And Ernie and took our trip to Oak Glen for apples. This year we took Milaeka with us. She really knows her apples. Even at 5 years old. It was a wonderful trip and yes the apples were great. We even brought home a bushal. Loads of shopping and fun. While we were gone, Katalina and Kimo had come to visit. They have sure grown up. They came back to San Diego to dance. Most of you will remember them coming to the Christmas Eve party and dancing for us. I sure miss the K Kids. It's hard to believe that are now almost all out of high school. Then after Katalina and Kimo flew back to Mo. Ernie and I took off for Big Bear Lake. No phones and lots of rest. We did manage to have dinner with Heather and Jon Teysko. What a fun time laughing with them. This was the first time we were able to hang out with them since they got married.
